The Yoga Thalasso Detox Weeks will take place between 16th to 23rd September and October 7th to 14th 2007
The Sofitel Vilalara is the perfect place for these week long courses, known as ‘Yoga Thalasso Detox Weeks'. They have been specially designed to blend the deeply rejuvenating effects of yoga with the rebalancing effects of thalassotherapy.
Our Asian and US programmes commence in 2008 and are offered to all single people and to those in a relationship.
The integrated programme consists of:
- 1) Rejuvenation – sea-water Thalassotherapy
- 2) Relaxation - during guided Yogic Relaxation techniques stress is reduced
- 3) Hydration - A program of re-hydration for the skin and vital organs
- 4) Oxygenation - leading to increased energy and vitality.
